How Does Coaching Work?

My philosophy is to keep things simple and easy to follow.
My goal is to make the process as seamless and straightforward as possible, so that you can easily incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine.

Coaching Includes:

  • An initial consult via Zoom to discuss your goals, any struggles that may arise, and a putting together a plan of action that will work for you

  • A personalised nutrition plan and guide tailored to your specific needs and goals, including recipes and portion guides

  • A personalised exercise program based on your fitness level, equipment, injuries and gym or home options

  • Our app where we communicate with you and you receive 24/7 support, guidance and accountability

  • Unlimited zoom calls with Lauren

  • Monthly review calls where we look at your progress, and set goals for the next 30 days

  • Access to training modules to improve your knowledge

  • Minimum 12 week commitment. This is no quick fix, but making long lasting changes and building sustainable habits to keep with you
